Person Specification

This role would suit a committed and motivated Early Years Teacher who has the drive to stimulate great results through high expectations. You will have the ability to equally adept at individual tasks as well as being a true team player and keep your lessons effective while ensuring children are having fun. Your portfolio will include an impressive track record of raising pupil attainment in exams and an aura that creates a focussed learning environment. The school wants to see teachers who have the teaching confidence and the natural authority to lead their class well and overcome any behavioural issues that could arise.

About the Role
As an Early Years Teacher at this school you will be teaching one of the classes that have recently joint the school, depending your own skills and experience and you will be receiving ample of assistance from a talented Teaching Assistant. Your responsibilities will include working under the supportive hand of the committed Head Teacher, an excellent practitioner who is always keen to hear new ideas from all members of staff. In this post you will be joining a department that is aware of its pupils social and emotional needs at all times, contributing the raising of academic performance. You will be expected to fully utilise the extensive resources available and creative teaching is encouraged here.
