I am looking to recruit for a Confident, professional, and organised Administration Team Manager to join a well established insurance broker based in Darwen.

This role is designed to support the Head of Client Support Services on a day to day basis, you will manage all of the teams administration. You will ensure the team's knowledge is kept up to date on all changes.

Duties as an Administration Team Manager:

Manage and support a team of administration agent
Update and ensure the team are compliant
Ensure the team are up to date with insurer knowledge
Ensure team meet deadlines
Conduct one to ones
Prepare and chair team meetings
Assist in handling claims
Develop and maintain valuable relationships
Obtain renewal terms from insurers and provide key details to the administrators

Skills required for an Administration Team Manager:

Confidence in leading a team
Insurance industry experience preferable
Experience leading a team
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent customer focus
Good time management
Team player
To demonstrate a drive and positive approach to work
