Are you a highly skilled IT/Infrastructure Project Manager looking for the next step in your career? Our global client is looking for a technical and enthusiastic individual to join their team.

As Project Manager, you will have thorough experience managing people as well as projects. Your role will be to deliver effective support and project management to the Regents Place offices ensuring the smooth running and delivery of all IT systems and working with the UK IT Manager to future proof all systems within the business and manage the support teams.

About the Role

Your Key accountabilities and skills required:

·Accountable for the end-to-end IT services delivered into the UK Regional IT environment working with key vendors and internal teams to ensure SLA's are monitored and delivered.
·Work with the UK IT Manager to engage in capacity and availability planning to ensure the environment is both adequate for current requirements, and future requirements are understood and budgeted for.
·Work with the UK IT Manager to evaluate and implement new processes and procedures where necessary.
·Continually evaluate user needs and system functionality, ensuring that IT facilities meet the needs of individuals and business units and report back to your line manager
·Engage in stakeholder engagement activities to ensure technology is meeting the needs of the businesses in Manchester, Leeds, Edinburgh, Newcastle, Stafford and future Service Centres.
·Work with the UK IT Ops Manager to Manage project implementation as required around areas such as M&A, Skype for Business, Office moves and refurbs, application deployment etc.
·Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal
·Microsoft Server technologies - core understanding.
·Understanding ITIL
·Understanding of virtualization technologies.
·Understanding of enterprise storage technologies.
·Understanding of distributed and remote technologies
·Understand network management and network traffic analysis to determine impact and implication of issues

The position manages the link between the business and IT, representing business needs back to the wider technology function and ensuring that the appropriate level of customer focus is applied at all times.

About You

You will have the ability to develop and nurture relationships with key stakeholders at all levels and with third party suppliers. You will have a flexible attitude and will possess the ability to perform under pressure. You must have excellent organisational skills and the ability to plan time effectively to ensure maximum results. Leadership skills to manage diverse teams are key, along with the gravitas to deal with senior business owners. You will need proven ability to coordinate the efforts of others in the delivery of IT services to the business and engender a spirit of teamwork and cooperation amongst colleagues
