Job Title: QA Manager

Overview:

* Overseeing quality for European contract manufacturing operations
* Managing continuous quality development a global Water brand in all European territories
* Coordination of warehouse quality controls
* Working with consumer complaints and provide feedback
* Overall Execution of quality strategy

Responsibilities:

* Key focus to guide the innovation and marketing team with regulatory oversight for marketing and labelling claims as well as adhering to the nutritional guides
* Analysing lab results received from company owned or independent labs
* Monitoring product and packaging integrity
* Conducting sensory and shelf life testing
* Updating the documentation and certification requirements of the co-packers and customers
* Providing reports on product quality to the senior management and domestic / global operations teams

Skills/Experience Required:

* Ideally, a production setting
* Desired minimum of 5 year experience with quality control management including analysis of sensory attributes, package integrity, quality control
* Bachelor s Degree in food technology and/or microbiology or Engineering is desired
* Historic ability to work with and in different culture and has proven very strong intercultural skills
* Fluent in English, additional fluency in French/Portuguese would be a bonus
* Demonstrated experience in Tetra and Aseptic filling experience
