Human Resources Business Partner - Herefordshire - Permanent - £55,000 - £60,000 (Plus fantastic befits package)

Our client a world leading manufacturing are currently looking for a HRBP to be based at their site in Herefordshire..

In support to their commitment towards continued development of talent and leadership capabilities, this position will ensure successful delivery of their talent attraction and development strategy and continued development of an already established and successful HR agenda within the business.

As a Human Resources Business Partner the main responsibilities of the role will be to support senior managers, influencing, negotiating and building key, strong working relationships.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate your creativity and vision in the implementation of the HR strategy, leading with strong ideas and clear focus. You should be able to convert business strategy and needs to HR deliverables and deliver accordingly.

The role demands key skills across problem diagnosis along with the ability to challenge and influence others in order to carry out the role effectively. The successful applicant will be people focused with the an ambitious personality with proven project deleivery experience within a fast passed environment (Food Manufacturing, pharmaceutical, Manufacturing, Distribution or Logistics)

This is a permanent role with a salary c£60,000 plus Salary + 15% guaranteed cash or flexible benefits allowance in addition to bonus, double matched pension and bupa
