Our client is a leading metal manufacturer based in the Oldbury/Smethwick area and is currently looking to recruit an experienced administrator, in a temporary to permanent role, to support the business.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, responsibilities for this position will include:

• Stock inventory reports
• Inputting into accounting software, ERP/MRP systems
• Maintaining and inputting of information into Word and Excel documents
• Dealing with any queries or problems with supplier on receipt of goods
• General office and administration work
• Liaising with customers and suppliers as well as internal department personnel

Skills
• Strong IT Skills
• Strong communication, liaise with various internal departments
• Strong use of Microsoft packages as well as accountancy software such as Sage, SAP or equivalent
• Previous experience in a busy administration/production admin role
• Diligent, conscientious and able to work in a team
