A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced New Homes Sale Executive to join a leading New Homes Developer as an on site Sales Executive in Leamington Spa.

My client is an award winning New Homes builder with a reputation for quality and is an expert in building new homes. They are expanding across the region with developments in Warwickshire, Worcestershire & North Midlands.

Key Responsibilities:

* Reaching and exceeding sales targets set by the company
* Maintaining and building good relationships with clients following sales
* Providing a professional, friendly, helpful and honest attitude and making sure that this is maintained at all times when dealing with the public, face to face and over the phone
* Meeting and greeting customers as well as showing them around the show homes
* Liaising with solicitors
* Reporting to Land and New Homes Manager, you would help to develop the business through selling new homes and assisting sales as necessary to a successful completion
Preferred specification:

* Proven experience within the New Homes industry
* Excellent communication skills, interpersonal and customer service skills
* Good negotiation skills
* Competent IT skills
* Knowledge of the help to buy scheme and proven experience of off plan sales would a distinct advantage
* An interest in the sales process
In return, our clients offers for the New Homes Sales Executive an attractive package; basic salary £18,000 - £21,000 with an OTE of £45,000 - £50,000 along with mileage paid and various other company benefits.
