I am currently looking to recruit for a passionate and experienced Customer Service advisor ideally with experience handling property claims to join a specialist based in Bolton.

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious individual seeking a career within property claims.

As a Case/Claims Manager you will:

* Settle and decline claims under delegated authority
* Audit surveyor reports
* Drive claims through to settlement
* Manage third party companies
* Update and create building repair schedules using in-house schedule of rates
* Adhere to customer quality standards and service level agreements

As a Case/Clams Manager you will:

* Have experience dealing in a property claims handling role
* Have Customer Service experience
* Be educated to A level standard
* Thrive in a fast paced environment
* Be able to deliver exceptional Customer Service
* Have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
* Have strong IT skills
