---BACKGROUND---
TIME Recruitment is currently working with one of the Scotland's leading mental health care providers in selecting an Assistant Clinical Hospital Manager to join the team at a well-regarded Mental Health Hospital in Sheffield. We are looking for a senior Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with managerial experience.

---THE ROLE---
As an Assistant Hospital Manager, you will play a leading role in the operation of the hospital. Working closely with the Hospital Manager, you will apply best practice across all areas of clinical service provision. Putting your nurse training to good use, you will be expected to utilise a range of clinical skills, demonstrating a natural flair for leadership. You will come from a managerial background and will be able to point to past successes which mark you out as suitable for the role.

You will be a dynamic individual, capable of inspiring others. You should have a great knowledge of CQC and the five key lines of enquiry, along with all relevant legislation. You will also need to be comfortable and knowledgeable in all aspects of clinical governance.
