THE COMPANY

We are recruiting on behalf of a company that offers high quality products and cutting edge designs. Due to continued expansion, they are looking to add a Business Development Co-Ordinator to an established and successful sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a vibrant and fast growing business. You will be working from warm leads with no cold calling.

RESPONSIBILITES

* Target market sectors proactively by effectively developing your sales
* Close and negotiate all sales by following up quotations with the key decision makers, such as, architects, building contractors and end users in a timely fashion
* Identify new sales opportunities by preparing monthly, weekly and daily analyses
* Manage leads efficiently to gain and develop new and repeat business opportunities
* Generate market activity in a timely and professional manner
* Offer technical support to assist customers in determining specifications
* Work with architects and local authorities to proactively obtain presentation appointments
* Respond to literature and sample requests professionally
* Regular hit and over achieve on all KPIs set out
* Ensure exceptional levels of customer service throughout the sales cycle.

THE PERSON

* Be a team player and enjoy the team environment
* Previous sales experience is essential
* Have a self-motivated attitude
* Confident in their ability to sell over the phone
* Build rapport effectively and efficiently with clients over the phone
* Work in a structured way
* Proven records of hitting targets and meeting deadlines
* Strong administrative skills
* Knowledge of all MS Office packages
