Title: Office Manager / Sales Coordinator

Location: Stockport, Manchester

Type: Perm

Salary: £20k per annum

Bonuses: personnel targeted bonuses and overall company bonus.

Hours 9 am to 5pm Monday to Friday

My client is a specialised supplier of goods and products to the public and private sector, they are seeking an individual with customer service skills along with good administration experience and proven sales/ retention background.
The position is two fold, general administration duties that would include order processing, invoicing, ensuring safe delivery of goods and any ad hoc duties as necessary, including booking international travel. you will also be required to be focused on sales and lead generation. along with producing marketing e-shots.

The successful person will be required at times to work alone, so this role will best suit a self starter with a good work ethic. You will be working in a relaxed and friendly environment.

Knowledge and experience.
Administration background
Sales and meeting targets, KPISs.
Booking meetings, Sales Manager and Managing directors diaries.
Ms Office,
Travel arrangements.
Invoicing and reconciliations
