Sales Coordinator
£20,000 -£24,000 (Plus bonus scheme)

As the Sales Coordinator you are responsible for handling incoming telephone and counter enquiries with the aim of converting these into orders. You will be assigned a specific geographical area and will be responsible for developing new and existing accounts within your area.

You will be responsible for key accounts, maintaining a strong relationship with these with telephone contact. Reporting to the Sales Manager and under their guidance you will have the ability to quote and adjust price levels and discounts to win business.

You are required to build up and record a profile of customer's accounts and establish information regarding business trends, patterns and determine if any specific products are purchased on a regular basis - with the hope of the customers making the company their principal supplier.

Duties include;

- Making quotations and following up
- Identify new business opportunities
- Develop new and/or target customers
- Processing orders and dealing with associating paperwork
- Following the order process to completion
- Dealing with customer queries and complaints
- Liaising with customers regarding delivery requirements
- Produce vehicle delivery sheets on a daily basis
- Liaise with the warehouse to give accurate delivery times for processed materials
- Checking delivery notes and payments and processing on till system

You must be/have;

- Motivated and driven
- Computer literate
- Experience in a sales, or sales processing role
- Organised and good attention to detail
- Able to build good relationships and maintain
