Client Relationship Manager 12 month FTC
This is a 12-month maternity contract, to start mid-August, to allow for a full handover.
Our client is a leading not for profit professional membership organisation, based near Fenchurch Street.
They are recruiting an experienced Account Manager with excellent stakeholder engagement skills to build relationships with members to promote their suite of training courses.
You will be commercially astute, recognising training needs and always placing the members bespoke requirements above income generation.
You will have an opportunity to work closely with the marketing department regarding strategic promotional campaigns and take full responsibility for the short-course training budget.
Although Learning and Development experience is not essential, you will need extensive client engagement experience with a drive to learn training products and the wider industry insight.
This role does not involve cold calling, you will only engage with members interested in training.
However it is essential you possess a consultative approach to business development.
