Primary Nursery Teacher job in Eastbourne, East Sussex teaching a Nursery class part-time in September

You will be working for a single form entry primary school just outside of Eastbourne, East Sussex. This school is a smaller than average primary school located just outside the town centre. The school is looking for an experienced Nursery Teacher to take up this teaching role from September in their nursery class. The pupils in this school feel safe and are proud of their school. They are keen to learn and the teachers have high expectations for them. The early years provision in this school is good, children interact well together and play together in a safe and engaging way.
Your new role
You will be working in a nursery class from September 2017. You will be in a class of 30 children who have TA support. You will benefit from working in a school where the SMT supports the class teachers and provides exclusive benefits to their staff members. You will also enjoy working in a school where parents speak with enthusiasm about their children's education.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be a Primary Teacher you will need to have qualified teacher status, or be looking to complete your induction year. You will also need to have recent experience within a classroom setting in the last five years and be up to date with recent curriculum changes. You will need to be a creative and positive teacher who is able to embrace new surroundings and situations, whilst demonstrating a professional manor at all times. You will have strong classroom management skills with the ability to adapt to unfamiliar plans and timetables. It is imperative that you have good communication skills as this is crucial when speaking to TAs and other people in the school.
