Service Advisor for Prestige Dealership
Sentience International are currently working alongside our prestige client in the Ipswich area to seek a Service Advisor within their busy dealership.
The successful candidate will be working as part of a team of 4 to ensure all customers booked in for MOTs, Service and repairs are looked after and kept informed throughout the process. This will involve advising customers on estimated costs and timescale of when the work will be completed.
As part of the role you will be targeted on upsell of additional products or services in keeping with the needs of the customer.
Ideally you will have previous experience working within a similar role, however our client will consider applicants with a strong background in customer service.
The successful candidate must have a full driving licence.
