You will be playing a key role as a critical change agent in the delivery and adoption of our group service innovation programs, including product development, consultancy and customer transition management. The role will require you to map the market to identify target companies to attend client meetings and meet candidates to collate market intelligence. To achieve both personal and branch sales targets, you will be required to make sales appointments with clients and sell the opportunity to attend one of our events. Product Development and external consultancy will require speedy analysis of business problems and opportunities to enable robust and fast definition of new innovation opportunities including the business case for change. This will involve strong stakeholder management to ensure cases are approved. Post-approval you will be at the heart of driving the business solution design (product design) and ensuring the swift creation of robust and challenging plans that enable agile change delivery to short time but high quality standards.
