Working for a large, multi-national engineering corporation and opportunity has arisen for an experienced Continuous Improvement Manager to join their established team. Based within an established manufacturing facility the role offers a competitive salary, quarterly bonus, contributory pension and the chance to further develop and progress within the company.

As the Continuous Improvement Manager you will be responsible for:

Identify, in conjunction with other departments, process and product improvement opportunities.

Prepare a plan / cost benefit analysis setting priorities and resources required.

Ensure improvement objectives, specific goals, measures and metrics are established for each project.

Drive the progress of planned improvement implementations to ensure achievement of expected benefits.

Advise management on the inclusion of appropriate measurement and control systems.

To be successful in the role you will have:

Degree educated within an engineering discipline - preferably mechanical or materials science.

Demonstrable track record within a CI role in a manufacturing environment.

Six Sigma black belt.

Exposure to the automotive industry would be highly advantageous.

Track record of proven results.

The company offer an excellent benefits package including:

£40,000 - £45,000

Full BUPA healthcare

Quarterly bonus - this equates to 10% of your base salary over the year.

Contributory pension - the company will contribute 5%

25 days holiday plus bank holidays
