The Hinkley Point C Project is one of the largest infrastructure projects in Europe. During the business construction phase over 5,600 people will work on the site. The project marks the rebirth of the UK's nuclear industry and will present invaluable opportunities for Somerset, the South West and wider UK.
To provide administrative support to the Main Civils Programme Manager and team based at Bridgewater House, Bristol. Day-to-day contacts include managers, peers and clients. Close liaison with Project Administrators and Personal Assistants will be essential.

*Provide professional, accurate and reliable administrative support service to the team and extended business unit as required
*To be responsible for diary and itinerary management and preparation of meeting packs
*To be responsible for the creation and maintenance of distribution lists
*To liaise closely with counterparts in other locations and command centres
*To be responsible for the management, organisation and filing of electronic and physical documents and records as appropriate
*Record and produce minutes for key business meetings
*Provide office services such as reprographics, binding etc.
*Arrange meetings and co-ordinate the booking of rooms, arrange travel, accommodation, car hire and hospitality as required
*Reconciliation of travel expenditure on a monthly basis for the Area Programme Manager and where appropriate for the team
*Maintain confidentiality of all information
*Respond to phone/email enquiries to/from wide range of external parties etc.
*Prepare letters, documents, ensure reports are well presented
*Liaise with HR/Finance
*Covering for other Project Administrator's during periods of leave
*Logging service requests and following up of incidents

*Good organisational skills (flexible/organised/methodical)
*Previous team support experience
*Previous experience in the energy industry desirable
*Knowledge of SAP desirable but not essential
*Strong working knowledge of MS office systems (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Visio) is essential
*Ability to work to deadlines

Rate £10.53 to £12.50 per hour (+ 33 days paid leave). Candidates must be prepared to work on a PAYE basis.
