Home Manager required for our modern purpose-built home in Fulham, South West London. Farm Lane is a spacious and happy home and are seeking a robust and passionate Home Manager to join the family. Our home has 66 suites over 4 floors with beautiful gardens as well as a rooftop conservatory for our residents and guests to relax in. Our home has a great reputation for offering an excellent level of person centred care and enjoy making people feel at home.

We have a progressive new build projects team who set to see another 3 new homes open this year, with an additional 11 homes next year. Due to internal movement and career progression, we are seeking a Home Manager for our home in Fulham.
