Our client based in Southampton is seeking an experienced book-keeper/administrator to support the Business Recovery and Insolvency department.

A keen eye for detail and problem solving skills would be ideal for this position.

The Role

* Provide day-to-day administrative support
* preparing set of accounts and reports for the outsourced partners
* Preparing various written documents
* Client finance admin activity
* Creation of reports and presentations for more senior members in the team if required

The Person

* Enthusiastic with a keen eye for detail.
* Strong numeracy skills
* Experience working in as an administrator is essential
* Bookkeeping experience
* Strong IT skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the ability to adapt to unfamiliar packages.
* Able to work effectively using own initiative and as part of a team with strong interpersonal skills
* Flexible and proactive approach.
* If someone has worked for an accountancy or finance company or supported a Finance director that would be desirable
