We are very excited to bring to the market an opportunity working for a wealth and investment management company who are looking to find a talented Administrator to join their busy Pensions and Client Administration team on a fixed term contract for 6 months. This role will be essential to the team during a particularly busy period so you will need to ensure you are able to work at a fast pace and with great accuracy.

So what will your responsibilities be?

  • Amending information such as name/address/sums assured/frequency
  • Processing legacy and new business products
  • Managing payments
  • Processing adviser fees
  • Managing pension transfers/ benefit payments
  • Engaging heavily with customers, financial advisers and third party providers

With such a variety of administrative tasks, the key to this role will be your flexible approach, prioritisation and time management skills with the ability to multitask.

The perfect candidate for this role will be someone who has administration/processing experience and excellent customer service skills. It is essential that you are highly organised, with the ability to work with a very high level of accuracy. Candidates with experience within a Financial Services organisation will have an advantage but is not essential. And those who have experience of personal pensions, SIPPS’s, ISA’s, General Investment Accounts and Onshore bonds would be of particular interest.
