Marketing Manager - Global

But here's the challenge…..this will be this divisions first ever marketer. So you can leverage the global corporate marketing team but you'll need to transform that blank sheet of paper into a full marketing calendar.
Now of course, that's not going to happen overnight. So you'll need to be smart about the quick wins. And you'll need to influence your VP (who isn't a marketer) as to what activities will work in today's marketing landscape.
And there's the real selling point of this role…the ability to shape something and grow it over time, creating a reputation to behold and a career to be proud of!
Key responsibilities of the Marketing Manager;
Strategy; work with your VP to develop a strategy to build awareness of this division
Collateral; manage the creation of a range of collateral to use throughout the sales & marketing process including photography, video, brochures
Direct Mail; manage the creation and execution of direct marketing campaigns
Brand Awareness; use advertising, trade shows, web content, digital & PR to build brand awareness
Agency; management external agencies
Stakeholder Management; work with internal stakeholders (sales/marketing/operations) to bring them along on your vision
Budget; management of budget and marketing team
Skills & experience the Marketing Manager must have;
B2B marketing experience
Balance of offline and online marketing
Strategic but hands on
Comfortable in a stand-alone role
Ability to influence various stakeholders
Salary & benefits for the Marketing Manager role;
£45 - 50,000 basic + 10% bonus + benefits
