IT Helpdesk Support Engineer - Felixstowe - £20 - 25K
Up to £25K depending on experience

This global business is looking for an IT Helpdesk Support Engineer to join their team ASAP. They require someone who has experience providing IT and Desktop Support via a Help/Service desk to internal users.


The role will entail supporting the company's users, dealing with IT Service Desk requests and helping to resolve all IT issues. This role also includes; new equipment roll-out, project work and infrastructure upgrades and configuration of company technological assets.


This role will take you to 2nd and 3rd line positions as there are many paths for progression within the organisation.

* 1st/2nd Line Support Experience
* Windows Server (up to 2012 R2) administration
* Active Directory / Group Policy
* Windows Desktop OS (up to Windows 10) and Mac OS X
* Exchange Server / Office 365 administration
* Desktop Support - Desktop Deployments, Laptops, Phones, Tablets, Printers
* VMWare / Hyper-V experience
* TCP/IP, DNS/DHCP

Desirable
* MCP / MCSA
* CompTIA A+ / Network+
