About the Role

You will be based on one of our client sites and be the first point of contact for them. You will need to have good Face 2 Face skills as well as being able to communicate by email and on the phone. You will be key to the relationship of smooth running of this client account. There will be a very varied array of day to day queries and tasks that you will encounter, all of which you will need to deal with a professional and timely manner.
