An experienced conveyancing assistant is required for city centre firm to work in their busy and established conveyancing team.
The role would suit an experienced conveyancing secretary OR junior paralegal who is accustomed to working in a busy dedicated conveyancing team.
The role will involve supporting 2 fee earners, dealing with registrations, client liaison, applying for title deeds, using the HM Land Registry, opening/closing files, paying disbursements, drafting contracts etc.
A full time role in a hugely central location. Genuine development prospects for the right candidate.
