Fund Administrator - Real Estate Specialist - £40,000

Financial Divisions are working with an Investment client looking for a Fund Administrator to join their real estate team, situated in beautiful riverside offices in London. The role will be providing support to the Investment Analyst and the Directors regarding all aspects of Administration of the property funds and private equity initiatives.

The key responsibilities of this role will be to provide accurate Fund Administration, prepare detailed and precise correspondence internally and externally, provide reports of Fund Transactions to the Fund Accountants, be responsible for the maintenance of shareholder registers and the distribution of financial and investor reports to investors.

To be successful in this role you will need a minimum of 2 years Real Estate Fund Administration experience, real estate loan experience, strong attention to detail, impeccable written and verbal communication as well as a numerical mind, able to work under pressure and be a "can-do" member of the team.
