The Role:

With a buoyant client vacancy list we have a rare opportunity within the JWR team to appoint a new Permanent Chef Recruitment Consultant based within our Birmingham City Centre Office. The Chef Recruiter will cover mid to senior kitchen vacancies covering the Midlands, North West & East, Scotland & Wales and working closely with our already established Chef Division that is based within our Salisbury Head Office.

Skills Required:

Must be an experienced chef with a passion for the hospitality industry, with a willingness to adapt quickly to a sales driven environment

May already possess experience of recruiting all levels of kitchen staff

Must be able to provide excellent customer service and satisfaction

Have the capability to nurture & develop relationships with clients & candidates

Possess a skilled judgement in matching client job specification requirements to candidates skills & capabilities

Must be organised and an excellent communicator, both verbally & written

Must be able to interact with individuals at all levels

Possess a winning personality who can not only engage but instil trust in those with who they are dealing

Must be able to operate within a challenging, and at times frustrating, environment

Must be a persistent & self-motivated individual who is eager to succeed

Must possess a passion for the Hospitality Sector with like-minded people

Must be IT literate and desirable, but not essential, experience of Bond Adapt

The Package / Benefits / Opportunities:

£20,000 to £45,000 OTE
