Sales Ledger Assistant
Our client a renowned property related business based in the City require a Sales Ledger Assistant to join their busy team
The Sales Ledger Assistant is responsible for billing, accounting and credit collections in relation to clients at the. This is a key role within the Company as billing accuracy impacts client satisfaction and ultimate Group cash flow.
Managing interface of service billing system to Sage accounts;
Interface with sales and client liaison staff to ensure accuracy of billing;
Sales ledger billing queries;
Direct debit collections;
Credit collections, including client calling and escalation of issues;
Cash allocation to Sage sales ledgers;
Forecasting of cash receipts for cash flow forecasts.
AAT qualification desirable;
Experience of sales ledger accounting and credit collections;
Experience of using Sage L50 or similar commonly used accounting systems;
