Direct Sales Manager - Mobile Apps

Based in a modern Old Street office with a Roof Garden and surrounded by tech startups and trendy bars.
We are looking for a Direct Sales Manager to accelerate our Mobile App Customers. We have a self serve app product used by hundreds of smaller retailers and an app plugin product called Geowave used by many large apps.
The role will be to increase free signups for our app product through our Direct Marketing channels including Website optimisation, Google Adwords, Mailchimp Email Marketing, Social media and outsourced Telesales/Field sales agents to manage with a focus on weekly signups.
The successful candidate will manage and optimise all these channels to deliver weekly reports on the growth in signups with suggestions for budget allocations that will delivier the best ROI in terms of signups.
You must have at least 3 years experience of Direct Sales Management along with experience:
- Managing telesales team
- Google Adwords
- Email marketing
- Excel including CPA conversion funnels
- Analysing website sign up funnels
The ideal candidate will be very numbers driven with an obsessive grasp of sign up metrics and desire to better our CPA week by week. Also experience selling products and services to SMEs will help understand the product-market fit and hence motivate and manage the outsourced sales agents to their maximum potential.
