We are looking to recruit a Graduate for an Investor Relations role in a leading Financial Markets company. The role will be based in a well-established team, but as the business continues to evolve, the nature of the role will change and candidates will need to be highly adaptive. The role will involve working with all areas of the organisation and will provide an excellent grounding and exposure to all aspects of the firm. The team is highly project oriented, constantly innovating and developing infrastructure and processes to support the Investor Relations and Marketing efforts.

Core responsibilities will include all aspects of the firm’s formal communication with its investors:

  • Presentation and marketing material

  • Monthly fund newsletters

  • Investor due diligence responses

  • Business intelligence analytics

  • Website content management

In addition to managing existing processes and materials, the candidate will be expected to contribute ideas, help manage projects and assist in the delivery of a wide range of ever-evolving assignments - e.g. working on fund launches, building new reporting tools, and helping to organise events.

Over the course of the role, you will be rotated between posts, gaining exposure to a wide range of Investor Relations functions. In addition to on the job experience and training, the successful candidate will be supported through study for the IMC and CFA qualifications.

WORK EXPERIENCE/BACKGROUND

  • Highly numerate,

  • Comfortable working with technology,

  • Natural problem solvers and possess an unwavering attention to detail.

  • They will need to be organised, calm under pressure and versatile, with the ability to juggle ever shifting deadlines and priorities.

  • Candidates should expect to attain a minimum of a 2.1 bachelor’s degree in 2017. All degrees considered

  • Fluency in modern languages is an advantage.

KEY SKILLS

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

  • Highly numerate

  • Perfect written English
