Role description
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fabulous premium brand leader in the cosmetic industry.
My client is looking for a sales driven and passionate Senior Sales Assistant.
This role requires the ability to work within a fast-pace environment being able to convert one-off customers into loyal clients by delivering the highest level of customer service and product knowledge.

Main duties and responsibilities

- Welcoming and greeting customers in store with a friendly and professional approach
- Engaging with customers with open questions and finding out their needs
- Introducing customers to the brand and the product by delivering detailed product knowledge
- Showing the product range and familiarising the customers’ with the brand’s best sellers, key products, new arrivals and special promotions
- Working towards sales targets by cross and up-selling trying to maximise every interaction
- Maintaining the store standards high at all times, making sure the product is displayed according to the VM guidelines
- Making sure the product is replenished and the stock room is tidy and organised at all times
- Working with the team to achieve the target set

Person requirements:

- Sales driven and motivated to hit the target set
- Proven track records of achieving and exceeding sales target
- A proud brand ambassador who is able to transfer his passion for the brand to customers
- Previous experience of working within the premium retail sector advising customers on a one-to-one basis
- Detail oriented and highly organised
- Keen interest in working within the cosmetic/beauty interest
- Excellent manners and communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Impeccable personal grooming.
