This exciting opportunity is a long term Primary Teaching Assistant role that offers you the chance to learn and train towards becoming a Primary Teacher. You must have a passion for education and a strong academic record.
In return, you will work full time in the classroom environment learning from and working with qualified primary teachers. You will learn everything you need to succeed in teaching and forge a long and successful career as a Primary Teacher.

If you are the successful graduate chosen for this Primary Teaching Assistant role you will join the school working in a support role, working closely with a class teacher. You will, over time develop your skills and be given more and more responsibility in the teaching of the class. If all goes well during your first two terms you will be offered the chance to not only stay at the school but also begin formal teacher training.
You will be paid throughout your time at the school and all your training will be provided free of charge. Upon successful completion of the course you will have achieved Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a full PGCE qualification.
