Position: Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager
Location: Witney, Oxfordshire
Salary: Up to £52,000 plus bonus scheme & benefits

A Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager vacancy has become available in a medium sized nursing home accessible from Oxfordshire locations such as Oxford, Witney, Kidlington, Chipping Norton and Swindon etc. The nursing home / care home provides nursing, residential and dementia care for older people and also offers specialist dementia care. The Role of Nursing Home Manager / Care Home Manager:
• As Care Home Manager you will manage the day to day running of the nursing home / care home.
• As Care Home Manager you will promote a caring environment for residents through high standards of professional practice.
• As Care Home Manager you will ensure that each resident receives the care appropriate to their individual need.
• As Care Home Manager you will ensure home remains compliant with CQC legislation.

Person Specification of the Nursing Home Manager / Registered Manager:
• Nursing Home Management / Care Home Management experience
• Must be a qualified nurse - RGN / RMN
• A relevant care management qualification - RMA / NVQ level 5.
• Organised and able to manage others.
• A good communicator.

Remuneration:
• Excellent salary of £50k - £52k depending on experience

This position would suit an experienced Nursing Home Manager, Nurse Residential Home Manager, Registered Home Manager, Registered Manager, Care Home Manager, Nurse Manager, Matron Manager, Care Manager. The ideal person will be a qualified nurse (RMN or RGN).
