A fantastic opportunity for a French speaking candidate with excellent call management skills and solid sales experience has arisen: my client - a market leader in their field - is looking for a Customer Service / upselling Executive with fluency in French and English.

Working alongside a driven team of multinational Sales people, the French speaking Customer Service / upselling Executive will focus on growing the business as well as improving the level of service in relation to retailers. To achieve best results and to exceed targets the French speaking Inside Customer Service / upselling Executive will gain a total understanding of the retailers' needs and an exceptional knowledge of the full product line.

You will enjoy exceeding targets and revenue, achieving personal and companying goals whilst focussing on KPI's and having a thorough understanding of the Retail maths and business metrics.

Profile

* French speaker to a native level and English is essential
* Previous experience Customer Service, business development executive, inside sales representative, or Sales Support is highly desirable
* An interest and/or experience in the Manufacturing industry
* Enthusiasm, confidence, ambition to enjoy being part of a successful team
* Results driven and target orientated
