New to h2! We have multiple sales positions with a top-rated Risk Compliance and Safety software specialist, which has shown tremendous growth in the past few years. We are seeking consultative, articulate new business hunters with a proven track record of qualification sales in a similar industry (although we welcome applicants from all industries).

The Role
Reporting directly to the Head of Sales, the Internal Sales Manager will hunt for new opportunities with mainly large Blue Chip organisations across a range of verticals that includes the Facilities, Leisure, Property, and Insurance markets. You will also lead, motivate, and coach a new sales team consisting of 6 BDMs. Our client offers a range of software and consulting solutions to these sectors and you will be targeting Operations Directors, Property Directors, H&S Managers. Using your strategic, consultative and articulate approach you will sign up complex new business sales with their main software product to "get the foot in the door" with these large corporations. Typical average order values for the team will range from £4k to £100k and the Internal Sales Manager will handle the bulk of these larger, more complex deals.

The Candidate
The ideal Internal Sales Manager will have 3-5 years new business sales experience with a proven track record of strategic, complex sales wins. It would be ideal if you had experience selling to Procurement Managers. You must also have previous experience in sales management (coaching, motivating, recruiting a sales team) as this is more of a team leadership position. Along with this, a proven track record of performance monitoring of a sales team is a must.

The Package
Although the salary package will be negotiable dependent on previous experience, the successful Internal Sales Manager will receive an initial base salary of up to £55,000, with uncapped £110,000 OTE, plus company benefits that include a car allowance, share options (which could be worth up to £100,000 after 2 years), healthcare, gym membership, lap top and phone.
