This is an opportunity to join a family run home building business, Building up to 50 new properties each year throughout Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, Leicestershire, East Staffordshire and South Yorkshire, they build both complete new homes, ready to move into, but they are also a specialist in unique homes whereby they enable buyers to modify the internal layout and other features of their new home before it's built.

They require a quality focused site manager, to run a site delivering on average 2 houses per month.

Due to a number of new sites starting up they are looking for an experienced site manager responsible for the following;
- Ensuring Health and Safety Policies and Standards are adhered to.
- Ensuring Quality Standards adhered to
- Ensuring Build programmes are adhered to and any discrepancies reported

The successful candidate will ideally have the following experience;
- Experience in working within housebuilding
- An understanding of the benefits and constraints of working for a small developer
- A strong track record in delivering high quality housing projects
- Excellent customer and business communication skills
- Strong experience of working closely with customers and providing excellent customer care
- Strong understanding of building regulations and NHBC requirements

The Ideal candidate maybe someone currently working as an Assistant Site Manager at a larger housebuilder, an experienced high volume site manager looking ease back, or an experienced tradesman looking to step into site management.

Salary negotiable dependant on experience + company car + bonus (worth up to £500 per plot)
