This leading provider of large-format graphics, based in Hertfordshire are seeking an Office Manager to join its thriving office on an initial six month contract leading to a permanent role. Founded in 2002, the in-house design team at the company creates bespoke, large-format graphics for a wide client base.

To be the right fit for this role, you must have a minimum of five years' experience in a high-level office environment and the ability to effectively manage a diverse range of duties and responsibilities. The company places great emphasis on creative energy, so the ideal candidate will have a dynamic personality and be eager to accept and manage new challenges.

The role will involve meeting and greeting clients, dealing with tender documents, management and control of company accreditations, office management, booking meetings and acting as a first point of contact for visitors to the office. Prospective candidates must be computer literate, with knowledge of how to use Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

The Role:
- meeting and greeting clients
- handling general duties
- generally organising the office
- managing office facilities
- organising transportation
- booking meetings
- acting as the first point of contact for visitors
- overseeing receptionists, etc.

The Person:
- a minimum of five years' experience working in offices at a high level
- computer literate
- experience with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
