Our client is a regional Building Services provider. They have an excellent reputation within the construction sector and provide all types of Engineers to their own client portfolios. They are currently looking to recruit an Electrical Supervisor to oversee a team of mobile/static workforce on a PFI contract in London.

• Supervise a team of mobile/static workforce with an element of administration and subcontractor supervision.
• Ensure clear communication with workforce, customers, line management, office support staff, subcontractors and third party suppliers.
• Provide technical support for client, support staff and workforce
• Ensuring delivery of services in line with contract KPI’s/SLA’s
• Undertake quality assurance inspections on a predetermined amount of all works delivered and record.
• Ability to survey and cost additional/remedial works as required and provide supporting documentation in a timely manner.
• Identify training needs within workforce.
• Continually demonstrate an understanding and commitment to customer care.
• Maintain effective working relationships with colleagues clients, customers and work as part of a team.
• Deal courteously with clients, customers and the general public to maintain and enhance the reputation of the company.
• Maintain and audit maintenance records of all work carried out on plant and equipment within the site manuals both hard copy files and electronic.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance, reactive call-outs and minor projects on all associated building services equipment and plant, general fault finding and repairs to building services equipment assets
• To participate within an out of normal working hours emergency call out rota and be flexible outside of core working hours.
• Manage the onsite permit to work system involving the signing in of all contractors who attend site to undertake works. This is a health and safety system and will involve issuing of permits to work along with ensuring health and safety method statements and contractors adhere to risk assessments.

Qualifications and Skills:

* City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent
* 2391 Inspection & Testing
* 17th Edition
* SSSTS
* IOSH or NEBOSH would be advantageous
* Clean Driving Licence
* Must be client facing
