Software Sales Executive sought on a permanent basis to join a Glasgow Headquartered Software House (this role could be based from a regional Liverpool office/home with travel to Glasgow) with a global bluechip client base. This is an entirely new type of position for a growing business with excellent scope to join and complement the existing pre-sales and marketing function. The right individual will add value to the existing team but have the autonomy to develop the role around their skills.

The Software Sales Executive will take responsibility for generation and development of new business through a combination of direct selling, business partner recruitment and further development of existing client and business partner relationships. Operating with a global client base this role offers fantastic potential to work with large scale clients.

In a key role to add to the existing sales function (Telesales, Field and Marketing) the Software Sales Executive will:

• Develop Sales Accepted Leads to qualified opportunities
• Present the business/products to potential clients through a mixture of direct communication, face to face meetings and calls
• Develop business partner network
• Manage full sales process from initial pitch through requirements gathering, solution pitch, negotiation, close and handover

CCA are keen to speak with experience Software Sales professionals with a proven track record of delivery in a similar role. Particularly interested in speaking with individuals with experience of:

• Selling end to end software solutions
• Experience of both new business development and growing existing accounts
• Exposure to operating globally (ideally)
• Experience of working in longer time scale sales cycles with large contract values
• Experience/knowledge of the contact centre or outsourced sector
