18K – 20K BASIC, UNCAPPED COMMISSION, OTE 30K

Our client is a leading international Property company who operate within Property Investments and Developments. The company has been established for over fifteen years and is one of the market leaders with a great reputation. They are hugely focused on staff development and offer a structured progression route and career path.

The role will involve managing the sales negotiation process for investment properties, liaising with existing and potential investors and customers for the re-sale of a property. This role would suit an individual who has some sales experience and is looking to progress. The commission structure is uncapped and very good.

Main responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the company’s large customer database and ensure client information is kept up to date at all times on the CRM system.
• Ensure all contracts and any relevant paperwork from vendors is returned and fully completed before the advertisement of a property begins.
• Liaising with vendors and buyers in order to negotiate the price down to achieve the best possible price, acceptable for both the company and the vendor.
• Maintain and develop relationships with our clients and potential buyers.
• Ascertain property values with use of research tools and negotiate the price with the client to close the deal.
• Regularly communicate sales figures, pending viewings and cancellations to senior management as well as providing general updates.
• Keep both vendor and buyer up to date with where the conveyancing process is up to at all times.
• Upload properties onto Zoopla and Right move ensuring all relevant information relating to the property is included.
• Effectively manage a portfolio of properties on behalf of vendors.

Main skills and experience needed:

·B2B or B2C sales background
·A strong ability to close deals
·Excellent negotiation skills
·A desire to work to and exceed targets set
·A desire to earn very good levels of commission, money motivated
·An ability to build relationships with all types of customer
