The Role: The successful Business Development Manager will be responsible for getting their products specified with M&E consultants and contractors, working on residential, commercial and social housing projects. You will also be dealing with property developers and local authorities, operating in a largely business development capacity. Full company and product training is provided and the new business development manager will shadow an existing sales person in the field to ensure success.

The Company: Having made it into the top 5 in their sector in just over a decade, this ambitious manufacturer is now looking to recruit a new Business Development Manager. They make and sell heat interface units which provide heating and hot water for entire buildings, as well as revenue management billing services, service and maintenance contracts and energy consulting services to complete their offering,

For this Business Development Manager position, we are looking for individuals who meet the following criteria:

* Strong field sales skills
* You will have a track record of getting systems specified with M&E consultants and contractors
* Sales of HVAC, lighting, security, cabling, BMS or access control are all relevant
* Self-starting and intelligent candidates with plenty of enthusiasm
