With continuous mentoring and training, the Graduate Internal Sales Executive will attain a thorough understanding of the company and the marketplace it operates in. You`ll look to facilitate new business by developing rapport with the key decision makers from prospective clients. You`ll initially be partnered with a senior member of the sales team as you get to grips with the role. Once you`ve obtained a solid grasp of the business, you`ll develop relationships with potential clients over the phone, informing them on the range of services the company offers in order to secure meetings for senior sales.

You`ll need a consultative approach in order to develop leads with those that have demonstrated an interest in our client`s services, as well as those that need a little more convincing. The successful candidate will enjoy excellent scope for progression out into the field, generous earning potential and a welcoming, social atmosphere!

The Role:

- Obtain a thorough understanding of the company and the marketplace it operates in with continuous mentoring and training
- Develop rapport with potential clients that have expressed an interest in the company`s services over the phone and via email
- Schedule business meetings for senior sales on the back of these calls
- Manage and convert your own opportunities over the phone

- A full, UK driving licence
