Initially, the Graduate Sales Executive will deal with inbound enquiries and lead generation as they learn about the company, its marketplace and how it operates. As you develop key competencies, you’ll adopt a consultative, confident approach when dealing with the entire business cycle. You’ll attend and shadow the meetings that you schedule with prospective customers, before delivering client pitches and presentations. Once you have a complete grasp of the hard and soft skills necessary, you’ll run negotiations, close deals and manage accounts adeptly as you take full ownership of the process.

The Role:

- Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of our client and the marketplace they operate in
- Advance inbound enquiries and fully qualify existing interest in the company’s services
- Strategically generate your own leads by identifying and calling prospects
- Shadow meetings that you schedule and develop your hard and soft skills with the view to running these meetings yourself
- Deliver client presentations, manage negotiations and accounts and close deals as you accrue a greater knowledge of the business and its operation
