Company Fusion Limited is working with a leading leisure organisation, delivering excellent standards in healthy active leisure. They have a diverse portfolio of facilities from ice rinks to outward bound residential centres and expansive leisure facilities. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Customer Relations/Sales Manager to join their office in Southend-on-Sea, Essex.

Customer Relations/Sales Manager - Main Duties and Responsibilities:

- Manage the Customer Relations/Sales team onsite, working together as a team to deliver against and exceed sales targets.
- Proactively attract new members while ensuring our current customers are happy and keep coming back.
- Ensure all customer comments, enquiries and complaints are responded to in a timely manner.
- Serve as part of the centre duty management team.
- Manage day to day marketing activity and marketing budget. Analyse and forecast likely return on each piece of activity conducted and work to improve future ROI.

The Person - Skills, Knowledge, Qualifications and Experience:

- Experience in a comparable sales and customer focused role.
- Management experience in hospitality or service industry, including carrying out appraisals, developing team members and dispute resolution.
- Experience in designing and delivering a marketing plan.
- A demonstrable track record in exceeding targets and managing teams to achieve sales and revenue KPI's.
- CIMSPA membership is desirable, but not essential
