Our client now requires an Account Handler
The Account Handler needs to be able to commute to Ipswich

The Account Handler must have IT knowledge
Account Management
• Managing a portfolio of accounts - Liaise with and support existing clients via telephone, email and face to face meetings
• Prepare quotations for contract and subscription renewals
• Generating and updating Support Contracts
• Manage sales proposals and presenting them to clients
• Monitor and improve customer expectations by actively communicating with existing clients
• Change Control Management
• Oversight and escalation of daily operational and system services, ensuring service levels are maintained & exceeded – adding client issue to the helpdesk queue where necessary and monitoring progress • Customer service and maintenance of good relationships with clients
• Opportunity identification
• Sales pipeline generation and maintenance
• Liaise with Company Director to report progress
• Account Management liaison to the technical team

Must haves
• A great attitude with persistence and a positive attitude to demonstrate your Integrity
• An approachable, friendly manor with good communication skills
• A proven track record working in an of IT Environment or Account Management role with a minimum of 3 - 5 years’ experience
• A genuine concern for quality, always striving to do an excellent job and managing own performance
• Taking pride in own work and have a real concern for delivering a quality service, in all that you do
• As this is a client facing role, you are required to present yourself professionally and be suitably smart & attired
• In terms of your performance and professionalism… it is expected that you represent the company in a positive manner at all times
• The ability to manage and coordinate resource to achieve business objectives
• Be a positive role model to more junior members of the team, this will include helping them with Technical Sales and Account Management.
• Take the initiative to influence others and demonstrate a commercial awareness to recommend additional products and services to customers that ensures they are aware of Agile-TS portfolio • Full & Clean Driving Licence
