1st Line Support Helpdesk - Loughborough - Full Time - 2 Month Contract - £10ph umbrella INSIDE IR35

We currently have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced IT Helpdesk Professional with 1st Line fix experience to take up a short term contract in Loughborough (with the possibility of extension).

This role will involve providing 1st line IT Support via telephone, email and web form to the Organisation.

Your duties and responsibilities will include;
- Taking support calls from customers and finding solutions
- Ensuring queries are dealt with in a timely manner
- Working as part of a team
- Escalating to 2nd line where required

To be suitable for this opportunity; you must have
- Experience of IT Support
- Experience of working in public sector in a helpdesk environment
- Excellent customer service skills

The rate for this position is £10ph umbrella (INSIDE IR35). This position is available full time Monday - Friday 37 hours a week.
