- 1-5 years’ experience in similar 1st line Support / IT Helpdesk position
- Windows / IT troubleshooting
- ITIL (Qualification or environment experience)
- Knowledge of Printers / PC / Networking etc.
- PC Build Experience
Reputable private healthcare client is looking for a reliable 1st line support / Helpdesk analyst to join their team in Windsor.
As an experienced 1st line support / Helpdesk analyst, you will have knowledge of building PCs, IT troubleshooting and general IT Support knowledge. You will also have worked within an ITIL Environment.
