The Premier Pathways Primary Teacher Training program is a 2-year classroom based teacher training program. The program has absolutely no student fees or costs whatsoever and all of your top-quality training is provided by experts within their respective fields, with PGCE accreditation from the University of Buckingham. The program can be tailor made to fit your personal predilections, preferences and requirements, unlike other programs, the Trainee Primary Teacher will have the final say on what school they end up going to. The program is innovative and new and aims to produce an elite group of NQT’s who are full prepared and excited after graduating the program to teach and further their career prospects within the education sector.

The ideal Trainee Primary Teacher will have a strong academic background and a strong degree from a decent university. The Trainee Primary Teacher will ideally have experience of working within a school environment (though this is not a necessity), however any formal work experience with children in any capacity is an advantage. The Trainee Primary Teacher will be expected to provide good character and professional references and have strong motivations for wanting to become a teacher. The chosen Primary Teacher will benefit from being personable, approachable, engaging and exciting, though these qualities are not expected in front of a classroom from the outset like with other ITT schemes.

The Premier Pathways Trainee Science Teacher program has been designed in a way which allows natural, steady and organic growth of a graduate in to full time teaching responsibility. The chosen Trainee Primary Teacher will begin the program in September with reduced responsibilities in the classroom under the guidance of a teaching mentor. This period of time is one of the unique factors of this training scheme as this period really allows the Trainee Primary Teacher to become familiar and comfortable with their surroundings before having to take on any major overwhelming responsibility. As you progress through the course your wage will rise, as will your responsibility and independence. If you have any more questions about the program then please get in contact.

Please note: due to the volume of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted
