?The Service Assurance Co-ordinator will deliver a quality initial experience and issue ownership for in-life customers. The successful candidate will play a key role in responding to calls and emails while ensuring SLA's are adhered to and the customer is given an efficient service. Other role responsibilities include logging tickets, resolution and ownership of tasks, queue management and providing customers with updates.
The role requires a high level of customer service & the ability to communicate orally as well as in writing, working off own initiative & performing consistently & efficiently. Communication will be via telephone, email & proactive alerts. Working to achieve optimum customer satisfaction at all times.
The successful candidate will be a self-starter, great communicator and passionate about customer service. We are looking for individuals who have experience of working within a technology/communications or network services support role. The preferred candidate will have experience of working on a Service Desk and will have a strong understanding of ITIL.
