Field Sales Executive – Grocery Retailers x 2 roles

REWARDS:  Basic £21,000 (OTE £22,200), laptop, benefits

We are now excited to be growing our existing field marketing team by recruiting for two driven, ambitious and articulate sales professionals. We employ and retain a high calibre of Field Sales Executives to work with some of the most famous brands in the world.

We provide a fantastic foundation for candidates to develop their field sales career within the FMCG sector and offer excellent sales training and career opportunities.


As a Field Sales Executive, you will be responsible for visiting up to 200 Grocery retail accounts, i.e. Tesco, Morrison’s, ADSA, Sainsburys, as well as smaller format stores such as; Tesco Express, Co-op, WHSmith, McColl’s) across your geographical territory.

- Manage on shelf availability and visibility of all listed lines by working with key store personnel on stock management
- Implement Head Office agreed national promotions
- Achieving set targets through national promotional compliance and/or local negotiations
- Use supplied POS or instore incremental space to maximise visibility of products and thus increase sales
- Merchandise and date rotate all available stock
- To completed visits as per your journey plan
- To build external relationships with store personnel and to track competitors’ activity by forming networks with them
- Complete feedback on every call using the given reporting procedure after each call, maintaining up to date records


- Field Marketing
- Retail store experience at any level i.e. Assistant, Supervisor, Deputy, Department, Team leader.
- Graduate with some sales experience
- Field Sales/ Sales experience in any industry


Ideally, we are looking for graduate calibre applicants or field marketing professionals who can hit the ground running and build a solid career with us however we will also consider outgoing candidates who may just have some initial sales experience. Additionally, we would be very interested in applicants who have worked in grocery retail, looking to move into sales.  

You must have a full UK Driving license and be the owner of suitable, fully insured vehicle for business use.
